Nevin and I want to thank-you very much for
coming out to Long Island to do our home analysis for
a ThermoSpa.
     Generally we are not fond of sales people. We
have found in the past their demeanor to be to
aggressive, which is a terrible turn off to us.
     Nevin and I were so blown away by your
presentation. Not only did you show extreme
professionalism, but your knowledge of the product was
proficient and passionate.
You not only educated us, you listened to us
attentively when we had a question. That is an
important attribute to have in dealing with
prospective buyers.
     ThermoSpa should be proud to have you as a
valuable team member. We were honored to have you as
their representative in our home.
     As the result turned out of our home analysis, we
have alot of prep work prior to purchasing a spa. Our
electric needs to be redone. We also need to make our
foundation larger and level to accept the size spa we
are looking for. We will be in touch down the road.
