I want to thank Milton Velez for his help.  He was very professional and went out of his way to help me.  I have dealt with many service reps at Therm Spa over the years, and I must say this is the best rep and assistance I ever received.  He took time to walk me through my problem, and made it very simple for a me to understand.  I can't say enough to show my appreciation for this fine young man.  He is truly an asset for Thermo Spa and has made me a Thermo Spa customer for ever.  Thank you for allowing me to express my opinion.  If I could give him a 10 rating I would.
