Service representative Natalie did a great job taking care of me on her birthday.  Natalie was very pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient.  When I dialed the 1-800 number I was just hoping for someone who spoke English; I got much more.  Natalie was the best customer service representative I have dealt with in the last fifteen years.  Thermo Spa is lucky to have her as the Company's face to the Customer.  She left me wishing I needed to buy more.
