I am writing to comment on your representative Taneka Winstead.  Whenever I have occasion to speak with her she is ALWAYS very pleasant and helpful.  She takes the time to explain if I have a problem. Nothing is too much trouble.  When I first got my tub she was an enormous help to me.  She's a great asset to your company!
