I recently had problems with my Concord model Thermospa hot tub.   I think it is important to let you know how helpful your representative, Milton Valez, was in troubleshooting the problem.  The final solution was to replace the blower; which, unfortunately, the second time I have had to do this; however, Milton was extremely helpful and patient while we diagnosed the problem and communicated with him several times.

The courteous and professional manner in which he handled the problem call was exemplary.
