I believe making the plunge investing in a new Spa can be a little apprehensive for anyone. My apprehension began with my first call to ThermoSpas in November of 2000. But this soon was put to ease when your Sales Representative, Steve Sabatino arrived at my home. Steve is a very knowledgeable guy when it comes to selling ThermoSpas. He believes in his product and found the right spa for my wife Susan and I. We settled on the Phoenix Standard. Steve was very patient with us. He knew we were first time spa buyers and we anted to do this right. Steve helped us select a location for the spa. We targeted a delivery date in May of 2001 and waited for winter to pass I wanted to build a patio for our new spa and old man winter would not cooperate.

 

Finally, in mid April I broke ground for the patio. I shoveled by hand for several days. It was killer doing this work as every muscle in my body ached. I wondered if and how that spa was going to help me find relief from pain. I was recently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia with mild arthritis in my hands, back and neck. This condition cause muscle spasms and pain in the muscles and joints. Prior to this, I was physically active and running 30 miles per week. I was becoming physically limited due to constant pain, so as I shoveled away, I kept thinking of my reward, my ThermoSpa. However, it was not coming soon enough and the bathtub was not cutting it.

 

ThermoSpas never forgot me. Mel from delivery called me from time to time checking on my construction progress. I was amazed at the follow through. There was no pressure to hurry for the targeted delivery date. This was a comfort. If I had a question, Mel put me in touch with people at ThermoSpas that knew the answer. It was reassurance that I made the right decision choosing ThermoSpas.

 

At last, my delivery date arrived! Michael and Kyle were delivery guys. They arrived right on time. My spa was placed exactly where I wanted it. They installed the spa cover and went over the entire operation of the spa with me, leaving nothing out and answering my questions and concerns. A minor defect in the cabinet finish was discovered. I soon received a call from Rachel who was very cheerful and eager to help me with my replacement panel. I was amazed with the service follow through.

 

My wife and I have jobs that demand a lot on our bodies and our minds. My wife is a dental hygienist and I am a police officer. She has physical stress with her neck and back. I on the other hand, deal with emotional and physical demands at times. I have found that my ThermoSpa has given me an escape hatch for relief of mental stress and actual physical relief! With the aid of my spa, I am back running again! After my run I hit a quick shower and then to the spa. I find the spa relieves my spasms and pain. In addition, it is a great stress reliever. Our two boys are often in there with us too which opens up communication with them.

 

My letter is a thank you for providing me relief and the peace of mind that I have invested in a good product and company that stands behind it’s product and cares about it’s customers.
